Welcome to Vegykart. We aim to provide our customers with the freshest vegetables and fruits delivered right to their doorstep. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Delivery Timings

• We provide early morning delivery to ensure maximum freshness of our products.
• While we make every effort to deliver on time, Vegykart is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

2. Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver to selected pincodes in Chandigarh and Panchkula only.
• If your shipping address falls outside our serviceable area, we may cancel your order and notify you accordingly.

3. Shipping Charges

• ₹20 Flat Shipping Fee applies to all orders below ₹250.
• Free Shipping on all orders valued ₹250 and above.

4. Order Processing

• Orders placed will be scheduled for delivery on the next available early morning slot.
• Customers are required to provide complete and accurate delivery details (including pincode, house number, landmark, and phone number).

5. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

• In case of incorrect, incomplete, or unclear delivery address, Vagykart reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
• If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery partner will attempt to contact you. If unsuccessful, the order may be marked as delivered or canceled at Vagykart’s discretion.

6. Order Cancellations by Vegykart

• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided,
  • Non-serviceable pincode, or
  • Unavailability of products.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
