3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
3.3 Payments must be made via the available payment options (e.g., UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, cash on delivery if applicable).
3.4 Orders will only be processed upon successful payment confirmation.

4. Order & Delivery

4.1 Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
4.2 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.3 You agree to provide accurate delivery details. Vegykart is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.
4.4 Risk of loss and ownership for items pass to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 As we deal in perishable goods, returns are accepted only in cases of:

Damaged items at the time of delivery,
Wrong items delivered, or
Poor quality produce reported immediately upon delivery.
5.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original mode of payment.
5.3 Partial or full refunds are at the sole discretion of Vegykart after verifying the complaint.
- 5.3.1 N refund will be issued in case of produce not meeting expectations of the customer

6. User Accounts

6.2 You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account details and password.
6.3 Vegykart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in fraudulent or abusive activities.
